Additional InformationThis is an advanced course aimed at ST5 and above. It offers comprehensive free flap harvest from all donor sites with support of an expert faculty (local/national/international). Day 1 (Monday) is virtual planning and simulated surgery with Stryker and 3D systems. Days 2-4 (Tues – Thurs) full cadaveric dissection with 2 delegates to each cadaver. Only 6 cadavers/12 delegates with 2:1 faculty at all times. Location: Human Anatomy Resource Centre (HARC), UoL. NB – Monday session likely to be in UoL Cancer Research Centre Delegates – ST5+. There is an expectation that trainees are already competent in harvest of radial forearm and fibula as a general guide to ensure maximal benefit from the course. Cost - Dissectors places £2000 and Observer places £500. Course Dinner - Wednesday 21st October 2026 (included in course fees). Venue to be confirmed. All delegates will have the opportunity to undertake custom planning session on the Monday with the 3D-Systems team in the US to plan resection/reconstruction for one of the cadavers being used. So custom planning for multi-segment fibula, DCIA and scapula and have exemplar cutting guides, custom plates etc on the subsequent days in the course. Non-Chargeable ItemsCANCELLATION POLICY FOR LHNC COURSES 1. Cancellation requests received in writing 12 weeks prior to the course commencing will be refunded the course fee minus a £100 administration fee. 2. Cancellation requests received in writing 6-12 weeks prior to the course will be entitled to 50% of the course fees refunded 3. Cancellation requests received less than 6 weeks prior to the course will not be eligible to any refund.
