Mosquito and tick species have invaded; Usutu virus is present; Lyme disease remains prevalent; Tick-borne encephalitis is established; West Nile, Dengue and Bluetongue viruses are on our doorstep. We are pleased to announce the sixth UK VBD Conference will be held in 2024, following a series of successful meetings that started in 2012 focusing on threats to the UK from vector-borne diseases of people, animals and plants.
