Description

Property Assessments - At the first stage of accreditation, a property assessment fee of £30.00 is applicable and should be paid before the assessment and is non-refundable even if you choose not to proceed. Where more than one assessment is required, additional properties are charged at £10.00 each.

Tenancy Agreements - Currently accredited accommodation providers may purchase template tenancy agreements from LSH, at a cost of £2.50 each. We offer both individual and joint tenancy agreement templates, both of which have been drafted by a housing solicitor, so please select the specific tenancy you wish to purchase from the list

Highlighted Property Advert - Have your advert stand out from the rest with a highlighted web advert. Property adverts will be displayed with a coloured background and will appear towards the front of search results. The cost to highlight property adverts is £35 each per accreditation term.

AV Screen Advert - This is a unique opportunity for fully accredited landlords and agents and carefully selected 3rd parties to promote their brand and accommodation or service directly on campus. Slots on the screen will be offered on a first come first served basis (limited to a single slot each), subject to meeting the Terms and Conditions. Please note, Private Halls should not purchase slots for this AV screen, and should contact LSH for more information.

Accommodation providers may advertise on the AV Screen between 1 December and 30 September, 3rd parties may advertise all year round.

LSH Property Accreditation Fees

Description

The charges outlined below are to advertise accommodation for a term of 12 months. Therefore, a property accredited for this period will only be permitted to advertise its availability for tenancies commencing July 2025, for the academic year 2025/26.

Properties will be advertised from 2 December 2024 upon completion of the full accreditation process, including receipt of property safety certification, property license from Liverpool City Council and payment of applicable fees.

All prices inclusive of 20% VAT:

  • Band A (1 Property) = £80
  • Band B (2-4 Properties) = £163
  • Band C (5-7 Properties) = £240
  • Band D (8-10 Properties) = £331
  • Band E (11–15 Properties) = £404
  • Band F (16-20 Properties) = £484
  • Band G (21-25 Properties) = £566
  • Band H (26-35 Properties) = £649
  • Band I (36+ Properties) = £809
  • Private Halls = £8.10 per bedspace

* Movement between accreditation bands can take place at any time upon paying the difference in fees to upgrade
