The charges outlined below are to advertise accommodation for a term of 12 months. Therefore, a property accredited for this period will only be permitted to advertise its availability for tenancies commencing July 2022, for the academic year 2022/23.
Properties will be advertised from 1 December 2021 upon completion of the full accreditation process, including receipt of property safety certification, license from Liverpool City Council (where applicable) and payment of applicable fees.
All prices inclusive of 20% VAT:
* Movement between accreditation bands can take place at any time upon paying the difference in fees to upgrade
Property Assessments - At the first stage of accreditation, a property assessment fee of £20 is applicable and should be paid before the assessment and is non-refundable even if you choose not to proceed. Assessments for additional properties are charged at £5 each.
Gold Standard Assessments - Is your property of an exceptional standard? You can request an additional property assessment for the LSH Gold Standard award*, at a cost of £20 per property. If successful, the property advert will feature a Gold Standard logo and will be highlighted.
Tenancy Agreements - Currently accredited accommodation providers may purchase template tenancy agreements from LSH, at a cost of £2 each. We offer both individual and joint tenancy agreement templates, both of which have been drafted by a housing solicitor, so please select the specific tenancy you wish to purchase from the list
Highlighted Property Advert - Have your advert stand out from the rest with a highlighted web advert. Property adverts will be displayed with a grey background and will appear towards the front of search results. The cost to highlight property adverts is £30 each per accreditation term.
