Introduction to Applying LC-MS in Untargeted Metabolomics

A 3-day practical based course to introduce attendees to applying LC-MS in untargeted metabolomics.

Course Description

You will gain hands-on experience in the preparation of sample for analysis of the metabolome, analysing samples using LC-MS, processing and analysing your data. The course is designed to develop your knowledge, skills and experience in small group sessions and activities so that you gain the confidence to apply this innovative approach in your own research projects.
The registration fee includes course attendance, lunches and refreshments during the course.
The course is aimed at PhD students, post-doctoral researchers and fellows and early-career investigators, no previous experience of applying LC-MS in metabolomics is required.
