This interactive, case-based session follows a first opinion patient with a prolonged recovery from anaesthesia. Together, we’ll work through the clinical reasoning, diagnostics, and interpretation that led to a diagnosis of a portosystemic shunt. With plenty of practical take-home tips and audience participation throughout, this session is ideal for vets and nurses in general practice looking to build confidence in tackling delayed recoveries and recognising when something more serious might be going on.
