Join us for a family workshop session to discover the fascinating snowdrops that grow at Ness Botanic Gardens.
The workshop will start with a short walking tour to see some snowdrops, observe their shapes and make some stetches on the way to our indoor classroom space. Here we will learn more about the snowdrops in folklore and using our sketches create a snowdrop painting you can take home with you.
The sessions run from:
Wednesday 19 February
10.30-12 noon
1.00-2.30pm
Our education team will meet you outside the visitor centre.
Places must be pre-booked, only children with a booked space will be given crafting materials. The activities are designed for children aged 5 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Cost:
£5 per child
Garden admission applies
Workshop includes, mini tour of the garden on the way to the coach house, materials for sketching, materials for painting.
