Join us for family workshops at Ness Gardens. 

Course Description

This family workshop will start with a short walking tour to see some Spring flowers and the delights that are growing in our Kitchen garden. Learn about pollinators on the way to our classroom where you will paint your own design onto bamboo plant pots, get hands on with some seed sowing and learn how to recycle newspaper into plant pots! Take all your creations home with you to enjoy this summer.

This workshop is due to take place on:

• Wednesday 9 April 2025, 10.30am-12pm
• Wednesday 9 April 2025, 1pm-2.30pm
• Wednesday 16 April 2025, 10.30am-12pm
• Wednesday 16 April 2025, 1pm-2.30pm

Please report to outside the visitor centre.

Places must be pre-booked. Only children with a booked space will be given crafting materials. The activities are designed for children aged five and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Cost

The cost of this event is £6 per child, plus admission to Ness Botanic Gardens.
