Make, Discover & Get Creative This Autumn!

Course Description

This half term we welcome the Victoria Gallery & Museum’s learning team. Join them for a workshop all about autumnal colours, patterns and creatures, inspired by the VG&M building and collections!

 

Fold a book into a cheeky hedgehog, make a colourful autumn sun-catcher and help bring our giant Tree of Life to life with leaves, animals and autumn memories. There’ll also be a chance to get hands-on with real museum objects, including taxidermy woodland animals and original tiles from the VG&M.

The workshop will be taking place on Tuesday 27 October at

10.30–11.30

 12.00–13.00

 14.00–15.00

Places must be pre-booked. Only children with a booked space will be given crafting materials. The activities are designed for children aged 5 and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Cost

The cost of this event is £3 per child.

The event will take place in the Bulley Room. You do not need to pay garden admission to access the workshop in the Bulley Room. 

Admission to Ness Botanic Gardens is not included, if you wish to enter the gardens normal admission rates apply.
