An introduction to applying GC-MS in untargeted metabolomics

This 3 day course will introduce attendees to applying GC-MS in untargeted metabolomics.

Course Description

Your will gain hands-on experience in preparing samples for analysis of the metabolome, analysing sample using GC-MS, processing and analysing your data.

The registration fee includes course attendance, lunches and refreshments during the course.

The course is aimed at PhD students, post-doctoral researchers and fellows and early-career investigators, no previous experience of applying GC-MS in metabolomics is required.
