Practical Repair of Humeral Intracondylar Fissures and Condylar Fractures

This CPD event will train vets to surgically manage humeral intracondylar fissures (HIF) and humeral condylar fractures (HCF). Procedural videos will be issued prior to the event, and the day itself focuses on maximising practical surgical exposure, using drybones and cadavers to ensure the specifics of implant placement are understood before being applied in a lifelike surgical context.

In the last decade, implant systems for management of HIF and HCF have advanced dramatically, allowing more repeatable surgical procedures and more reliable surgical outcomes. This CPD event uses Fusion Implants, including the Humeral Intracondylar Repair system (HIRs) and the Lateral Epicondylar Anatomic Plate (LEAP), with technical support from Fusion available at all times

Lunch and Refreshments included.
