Join us for a refreshing morning yoga session with the YogaSmiths, followed by a nourishing breakfast designed to fuel both body and mind. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this yoga session is open to all levels. Breathe deeply, move mindfully, and savour a slow, meaningful start to your day—because how you wake up shapes everything that follows.

Course Description
Dates and times
The session will be held on Friday 20 June. It will start at 7.30am and be finished by 10am.
7.30am - Meet in the Ness Gardens car park
7.30-7.45am- Make our way into the gardens and get set up on the herbaceous lawn
7.45-8.45am- Yoga session with the YogaSmiths
8.45-9.00am Make our way to the Botanic Kitchen café
9.00am- Breakfast will be served- Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine with a hot drink.
10.00am- You are welcome to explore the gardens for the rest of the day.
Please note if the weather isn’t suitable, we may move the activity indoors to our Bulley Room. As this event is taking place before opening hours it won’t be possible to admit late comers. Please arrive at the gardens for 7.30am.
Cost
Each session is priced at £27.50 for members and £32.50 for non-members. The ticket includes the yoga session, breakfast and entry into the gardens for the day.
What to bring
We would recommend dressing in layers as it can be cooler outdoors in the morning. Please bring a yoga mat with you, you may wish to bring a beach towel/blanket to place under your yoga mat due to the morning dew.
