DescriptionWe are delighted to invite attendees to register for the post-BSPR2025 conference workshop on Single-Cell Proteomics, at the University of Liverpool, 10-11th July 2025. Together with Cellenion, we will be providing a hands-on demonstration of the nPOP workflow for label-free or multiplexed single-cell proteomics on the cellenONE instrument. We will also cover experimental design, system suitability and optimisation, acquisition methods, and will be joined by Christophe Vanderaa, the lead developer of the Bioconductor SCP package who will demonstrate data analysis for single-cell proteomics in R. Prior knowledge of R is helpful, but is not required for this workshop. Applicants should have hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS. Places on the workshop are limited to a maximum of 20 participants. Course acceptance will be prioritised based on i) order of application, ii) availability of suitable instrumentation in the attendees lab (current or planned, and the timescale for this).
