Ideal for anyone who has completed our beginners course and wishes to improve their technique.

Course Description

Our improver classes are designed to make you feel healthier, fitter, and happier and are ideal for anyone who has completed our beginners course. We'll focus on refining your Nordic walking skills whilst gently enhancing your endurance. We make sure you work at a level to help you reach your specific fitness and technique goals.

Please bring with you a comfortable pair of running shoes with a good thread or lightweight walking shoes. If the weather looks wet please bring waterproofs. Wrap up and wear gloves, hat and a couple of thin layers when it’s cold to start that you can easily remove as you warm up walking.

Nordic walking poles are provided.

This is an on going course delivered in 4 week blocks, you are welcome to keep attending our beginners classes until you feel ready to move on to our intermediate classes.  

Fees

Each 4 week block costs £53 for non-members and £44 for Ness Gardens members. 

Suitable for

16+. Anyone who has completed our beginners classes or has some experience of nordic walking.
