UK-International Coronavirus Network Early Career Reaseacher Meeting Early Career Researcher (ECR) Meeting, Tuesday 22nd July 2025 Please join us for our second ECR conference! This will be an ECR-specific event organised to promote coronavirus researchers at various career stages. In advance of the 2025 AGM we are hosting an ECR specific day exclusively for ECR members of the UK-ICN. The discussed topics will fit within the UK-ICN research themes, with the sessions containing a mixture of topics. We will end the day with a careers panel and Q&A session to encourage discussion of available careers opportunities to ECRs. Our aim is to provide a friendly environment for delegates to practice presenting their work, with priority given to less experienced members of the network to present and chair alongside more experienced members.

Sections 6 and 7 can be used to indicate your participation in either the ECR day or the AGM using the relevant tick-boxes. If you would be interested in helping chair a session (this will be done alongside someone who has chaired before, don’t worry you won’t be alone) then please select the relevant tick-box (section 7b) when submitting your abstract. We look forward to welcoming you to Liverpool in 2025. We hope to accept a mixture of junior and more experienced early career researchers for this meeting. We invite you to also indicate if this will be your first oral presentation by ticking the relevant tick-box (section 7d) as this will help us with shortlisting for the ECR event.
