DescriptionEvent Description: The University of Liverpool is delighted to host this year's European College of Veterinary Public Health's AGM and annual conference. The conference has been designed around the theme, 'Getting ahead of the risks: strategies to avoid known and unknown risks'. We have a wide range of speakers from across academia and the public sector. They will present on a range of topics from disaster planning, public health risks of raw meat diets for dogs, and food consumer's risk perception and risk taking. There will be the ever popular resident talks and poster presentations, and workshop sessions. With the social programme will be aiming to give everyone a proper Liverpudlian welcome!

If you would like an accompanying partner to attend the social programme, please can you contact the conference organisers directly. NB For residents to attend online the conference is free, but they will still need to register using the below link
The event will be hybrid , with the exception of the pre-conference workshops. These will be held on the 10th -11th September and will be in-person events that will be advertised separately on the ECVPH conference web-pages. These will be an additional cost and will have a limited number of places.
