Nordic Walking Intermediate January 1.00pm

These sessions are aimed at anyone who has done Nordic Walking before and who would like to continue to perfect their technique or take their fitness to the next level.

Course Description

Please bring with you a comfortable pair of running shoes with a sturdy sole with a good thread or lightweight walking shoes. Wrap up and wear gloves, hat and wear a couple of thin layers when it’s cold that you can easily remove as you warm up walking.

Nordic walking poles will be provided on the day.

These are open ended classes delivered in 4 week blocks.

Four weekly sessions 1.00pm-2.30pm.

Tuesday 13 August- Tuesday 3 September 

Tuesday 10 September- Tuesday 1 Ocotber

Tuesday 8 October- Tuesday 29 October 

Tuesday 5 November- Tuesday 26 November 

Fees

Each 4 week block costs £49 for non-members and £40 for Ness Garden members 

Suitable for

16+. You should have completed our beginner's classes, or have experience of nordic walking and be capable of walking continuously for at least an hour at a moderate pace.
