Perfect your technique and elevate your levels of fitness.
This course follows on from our Intermediate classes. We will be working towards establishing a perfect technique, whilst consistently elevating fitness levels through speed training, hill reps and some strength and conditioning exercises.
It is essential that you have regularly attended the Intermediate Course at Ness before booking on to this course. A good level of fitness is required.
Some poles can be provided, but at this level it is assumed that you will already have your own Nordic walking poles. Please bring with you a comfortable pair of running shoes with a good thread or lightweight walking shoes. If the weather looks wet please bring waterproofs.
This is an on going course delivered in 4 week blocks, which you are welcome to keep attending.

Wednesday 14 Febuaray - Wednesday 6 March
Wednesday 13 March - Wednesday 10 April (no session Wednesday 3April)
Each 4 week block costs £45 (£36 Members of Ness Gardens)
