Detailed Description

You will be able to collect your ID card from the Student Administration Helpdesk, we are located on the ground floor of the Student Life building (Alsop building, University square). Our opening times are Monday to Friday 10am-2pm. 

Please note that your ID card will not be ready for collection immediately, please allow 5 working days from making your order for us to the produce your card and have it ready for collection.

If you are not based on the main Liverpool campus and so are unable to collect your card in person then please contact [email protected], quoting your order number.
