DescriptionAdvanced Communication Skills Training (ACST) Refresher Course Date: 26 November 2026 Venue: University of Liverpool, William Henry Duncan Building, 6 West Derby Street, Liverpool, L7 8TX The ACST Refresher Course is a one-day course for senior Health Care Professionals who have previously completed a two-day ACST course. Expert facilitators will employ the same experiential, participant-led approach as the full ACST course, to update participants' skills and confidence in navigating complex healthcare-related interactions. Lunch and refreshments are included.
