The charges outlined below are to advertise accommodation for a term of 12 months. Therefore, a property accredited for this period will only be permitted to advertise its availability for tenancies commencing July 2027 for the academic year 2027/28.

Properties will be advertised upon completion of the full accredidation processes, including receipt of property safety certification, property license from Liverpool City Council and payment of applicable fees.

• Band C (5-7 Properties) = £254
• Band D (8-10 Properties) = £352
• Band E (11–15 Properties) = £428
• Band F (16-20 Properties) = £512
• Band G (21-25 Properties) = £600
• Band H (26-35 Properties) = £689
• Band I (36-49 Properties) = £858
• Band J (50+ Properties) = £1020
• Private Halls = £8.59 per bedspace
