More Information

Across the day, participants will explore how AI agents differ from chatbots, how they can support the coordination of diaries, inboxes, tasks and research, and how to design a personal system that works across multiple tools. The course is highly practical and non-technical, with no coding experience required.

Participants will:
- map their recurring administrative workload
- identify tasks that could be delegated or coordinated by an agent
- define boundaries and approval points
- design a starter workflow
- leave with a 30-day implementation plan

The course is delivered on campus, offering the benefit of face-to-face discussion, live demonstrations, peer learning and direct access to the facilitator. Those who wish to take part in the workflow build can bring a laptop and a suitable AI account; others are welcome to attend primarily for the design, discussion and observation elements.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The workshop is led by Dr Jennifer Davies, Lecturer in Project Management at the University of Liverpool Management School, and concludes with a University of Liverpool Management School Executive Education certificate of attendance.

A 30-day check-in follows the course to support reflection, and offer troubleshooting and practical follow-through. Participants can review what they have implemented, what has saved time, what needs refinement and what their next step should be amongst peers.

This course is relevant to executives, senior managers, founders, owner-managers and professionals across sectors who want a practical introduction to AI agents in a supportive on-campus setting.
