Participants will examine how agents can be orchestrated across processes, where human review belongs, who remains accountable, and what kinds of tasks are suitable for agent support. Particular attention is given to governance, including data, privacy, security and organisational policy. A central theme is the difference between using AI as a tool and designing an organisation that can work with AI more systematically. Participants will explore the idea of organisational readiness, including where knowledge currently sits, how much of it is written down and 'legible' to AI and whether a new starter could understand the process from the available documentation. This new-starter test is a practical way of identifying whether a process is ready to be supported by AI agents No coding or technical experience is required. The course is deliberately accessible to non-technical leaders, with examples, diagrams and working demonstrations rather than programming exercises. Participants will be encouraged to bring an example process they own or influence, and to use the session to think through how that process might be simplified, documented and piloted in a controlled way. By the end of the course, participants will be able to: - Explain what it means for an organisation to be AI-native and why readiness matters before tools | |||||||||||||||
