Course Description

 

Join us for a day of learning and fun as we review methods for interpreting thoracic and abdominal radiographs. There will be two lectures covering topics that will include:

 

  • Tips for obtaining diagnostic quality studies
  • Review of different methods you can use to read radiographs
  • The most common mistakes people make.

 

After each lecture you will have time to review a selection of cases at your own pace, either as an individual or in pairs. The course facilitator will be available to answer individual questions during this time and we will reconvene to discuss the cases as a group.

 

This workshop is suitable for vets in first opinion practice wishing to refresh and improve their skills in interpretation of radiographs and would be of particular interest to those working towards an RCVS CertAVP in Imaging, Medicine or Surgery.
