Your student ID card identifies you as a student of the University of Liverpool and is valid for the entire duration of your study. It will provide you with access to University facilities such as the University Libraries, Sports Centre (if you are a member) and Computing Services. When dealing with student enquiries, most departments will ask to see your student ID card.
If your student ID card has been damaged beyond reasonable use, or if your personal or programme details have changed (in terms of what is displayed on the card), you should call into the Student Administration Centre to have your card replaced free of charge. You should bring your existing card with you.
If your student ID card has been reported to the Police as stolen, you should also call into the Student Administration Centre, bringing with you your copy of the Crime Report paperwork. Your card will be replaced free of charge.
Lost ID cards (and stolen cards without Crime Report paperwork) should be requested using this online service and carry a charge of £5.00. Replacement cards will be available for you to collect from the Student Administration Centre 5 working days after placement of the order.
